Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately.
Returns
Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product received in defective condition
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report return-related issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photos may be required.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect usage
- Dissatisfaction with expected results
- Opened or used products
